 at the GEORGE WALLACE COMMUNITY COLLEGE CAMPUS located at 1141 Wallace Drive in Dothan, Alabama

Saturday, February 6, 2010

Doors will open at 2:30 p.m.

Meeting will begin at 3:30 p.m.

This vote is to accept or reject the company’s request for Collective Bargaining Agreement Concessions in order to prevent a company shutdown of the       

 Dothan facility. You will make this decision by your vote. If you do not attend you will not get a vote.

In order to participate in this meeting and in accordance with the Grand Lodge Constitution you must be a member in good standing of Local Lodge 1632.

                                                   Identification will be required and you will be required to sign in

Brother and Sisters,

The Company contacted your Union and requested a meeting with the District Business

Representative and your Negotiating Committee of Local Lodge 1632. We set the time and

date for May 5, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. in Dothan, Alabama.

The Company is proposing a two (2) year extension of the current Collective Bargaining

agreement due to the pressures of today’s economy. Your Negotiating Committee is

requesting everyone attend a “Special Called Meeting” this Saturday, May 9, 2009. The doors

 will be opened at 2:00 p.m. and the meeting will start promptly at 2:30 p.m.

The Committee will brief membership of this meeting and a vote will be taken to

 accept or reject the Company’s proposal.

It is very important that you make this meeting, as it concerns your future.
